Our latest generation of automatic roll-fed thermoforming machines, with combined forming/punching tools, have been developed for use with all types of cup and pot forming applications.
The range offers flexibility and unrivalled levels of accuracy with precise control of the material during forming, minimising waste and product weight while improving product quality, strength and rigidity. Typical output can be as high as 80,000 units per hour, using 40-up tooling.
Our RDM thermoforming systems are backed both by a comprehensive choice of ancillary equipment, and full in-house tool design and manufacturing facilities.
